BeneCent was formally established in 2025 as the evolution of a field-proven building system originally developed and implemented overseas in the early 1990s. That original technology demonstrated exceptional durability and performance across agricultural and industrial facilities—many of which remain in continuous operation today with minimal maintenance, more than three decades later.
Building on this long-term success, BeneCent delivers an advanced construction system centered on engineered lightweight concrete, including AAC and pumice-based lightweight concrete, combined with an innovative curved roof structural geometry. This approach provides high structural capacity, permanent thermal and acoustic insulation, fire resistance, and faster construction while significantly reducing building weight, energy demand, and lifecycle costs.
BeneCent structures are designed for versatility and architectural flexibility. The curved roof system enhances structural efficiency, water management, and cultural adaptability, while allowing seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. When desired, flat ceilings can be introduced without compromising performance. All buildings are compatible with conventional finishes and local design requirements, making BeneCent suitable for diverse global markets.
Today, BeneCent serves a wide range of applications including agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, military, government, humanitarian, and tourism projects. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the system supports renewable energy integration, green roofs, rainwater harvesting, and long service life—protecting investments while supporting resilient communities.
BeneCent is led by Ridwan Naife, P.E., Founder and CEO, who brings more than 30 years of hands-on engineering and construction experience. Beginning in the mid-1990s, Ridwan contributed to the development and execution of advanced lightweight concrete systems that have since proven their performance through decades of real-world use. In 2025, he founded BeneCent to refine and expand this proven technology into a next-generation building system grounded in performance—not theory.
Guided by durability, efficiency, and sustainable engineering, BeneCent delivers buildings that are faster to build, stronger in performance, and designed to last—setting a new standard for modern lightweight construction worldwide.
